Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

To request a return or exchange, please email Support@BrooklynRobinson.shop and include your order number and our customer support team will guide you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to the warehouse in the exact same condition you received it. All packaging materials must be intact, unused, and price tags intact.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has already shipped, a cancellation fee may apply.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to exchange or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals have been broken.

Refunds do not include import duties, shipping costs, or return postage.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Brooklyn Robinson reserves the right to modify and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice to the user.
