Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by product and shipping location. Most orders are fulfilled within 7-60 business days.
Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, customization, quality inspection and packaging. All orders are shipped to the warehouse within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Once the goods are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 7 to 60 business days (depending on inventory, supplier location and customer location) to reach the destination.
Undelivered or Lost Package
If the delivery fails due to incomplete or wrong delivery address, or even refused door-to-door service, the goods will be automatically returned to our original warehouse. Any re-delivery or refund request will only be processed after we receive the goods and contact the customer to investigate the issue. If your package is lost in transit, the carrier will notify us and we will re-ship it.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
Sometimes, the carrier may mark the order as "delivered" too early, causing confusion for the customer. In this case, you can contact us or contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. If your order is delayed, you can contact us by email to inquire about the specific status of your order. We recommend that customers understand the estimated delivery time before contacting us so that they can confirm whether the expected delay is a concern.
